Detailed Look At The Piet Parra x Nike SB Dunk Low

Netherlands born artist Piet Parra — known for his colorfully whimsical graphic motifs — is one of storied history with Nike itself as past collaborations atop the Air Max 1 have gone down in the silhouette’s long-running history. Aiming to recreate the magic with just a slight spin, the creative’s namesake imprint is making a welcome return though this time along the skate kits of the Dunk Low. A base of smooth white leathers creates a perfect canvas on which the vibrant modifications can shine, calling to the profile checks which arrive tripled up in embroidery, simulating a 3D effect as it cascades from a light pink to a deep blue. Small miniature editions rest along the toe box with cobranded hits taking up shelter along the heel while much of the color finds home along the inside lining as its printed mosaic of geometric shapes add a touch true to Parra’s own ethos. Grab a detailed look here and keep it locked in for word on their Nike.com and select retailer release.

Updated July 11th, 2019: The Parra x Nike SB Dunk Low will release at skateshops on July 26th.
