After “SuperBron”-themed takes on both the Nike LeBron 3 and Nike LeBron 16 released in the past few months, the Nike LeBron 16 Low is now joining in on the high-flying fun with a “SuperBron” colorway of its own. Opting for a colorful version of the Superman-themed palette that, once upon a time, only graced rare PEs, LeBron James‘s newest low-top Nike shoes offer a heroic red upper accented by gold and blue detailing on the forefoot/tongue. The triangular heel piece features a large inverted Swoosh, and tonal branding also appears on the medial side. Gold, white, and blue are sandwiched together on the midsole, and blue Zoom Air cushioning units offer performance technology that’s fit for the world’s greatest heroes and hoopers. A classic Dunkman logo then graces the white outsole to complete the look. Although it’s somewhat strange to not see him dominating the court this postseason, you’ll at least be able to get your King James footwear fix on May 24th when these “SuperBrons” release for $160 USD on Nike.com, so check out a full gallery of images below while you wait for their arrival.
