Next On The Nike Kobe 4 Protro Series Is 2009’s Carpe Diem

Beginning in early 2018, Kobe Bryant and Nike rewrote the book on Retro with the debut of the clever Protro series, a strategic re-issue campaign that featured classic colorways with modified and updated tech. With the release of the Kobe 4 Protro earlier this year, Kobe fans have only the matter of time to battle as they await the return of the hits, and this set of recently surfaced images of the “Carpe Diem” should bring a smile to many. In general, the fourth model of the signature shoes is held with extremely high esteem; its lower cut reset design standards (despite not being the first low-cut basketball shoe), and it was the first championship of the post-Shaq era for the Los Angeles Lakers. A release date hasn’t been confirmed just yet, but keep your eyes peeled – these will be a must for the summer.
