Gradient Colors Appear On The Nike Air Max Tailwind IV

After it released in the OG “Volt” colorway last week, the return of Nike’s Air Max Tailwind IV is officially in full swing, and now another compelling makeup is throwing its hat into the ring; one that features a bold gradient fade graphic on the upper. Playing off the Tailwind’s retro stylings perfectly, this pair uses a Phoenix Suns-esque palette for its aforementioned fade, starting with a light purple on the front before eventually giving way to a crisp orange on the midfoot and a summer-y reddish-orange towards the heel. The rest of the shoe is then kept relatively simple, with black leather on the overlays bordered by silver trim and accented by orange/purple branded hits. A white midsole with dark purple Air Max cushioning units then completes the look. A release date has not yet been announced, but you can expect these Tailwind IVs to arrive on Nike.com soon for $160 USD, and check out a full gallery of official images directly below as well.
