Marvel And adidas Basketball To Release “Heroes Among Us” Collection

Marvel And adidas Basketball To Release “Heroes Among Us” Collection

To many basketball fans, NBA stars are real-life superheroes. They’ve got powers, signature moves, alter egos, and a great deal of responsibility to boot, so adidas and Marvel are bringing those parallels a little bit closer together with their new “Heroes Among Us” collection. Combining five silhouettes with five of the Marvel Universe’s powerful forces for good, the collection consists of a Harden Vol. 3 “Iron Man”, a Dame 5 “Black Panther,” a T-MAC 1 “Nick Fury,” a N3XT L3V3L “Captain America” for John Wall, and a Pro Vision “Captain Marvel” for Candace Parker. Each pair provides a compelling mix of recognizable details and iconic colors from superhero and signature athlete, providing a look that’s sure to delight die-hard MCU purists and hoops buffs alike. Select silhouettes will debut at the start of the NBA Playoffs on April 13th — likely on the feet of James Harden and Damian Lillard — and the entire collection will then release on adidas.com and at select Trefoil Brand stockists April 26th, the same day that the heroes make their return to the big screen for the Avengers: Endgame premier. Check out each pair in detail below, and keep it locked here for further information on the collection as it’s available.
