South Africa’s Shelflife Designs An adidas ZX4000 With Opposing Nubuck And Jacquard Panels

South Africa’s Shelflife Designs An adidas ZX4000 With Opposing Nubuck And Jacquard Panels

adidas continues to add to its list of collaborators with another surprising entry, recruiting the South African retailer Shelflife to imbue their own hyper-centric sense of design into the ZX4000, continuing to etch the retro-akin model into the current stage of sneakers. What ensues is a textural set piece of various materials and neutral tans, calling to their home country in both tonality and craftsmanship. Underlying panels arrive in woven fabrications throughout while overlays feature a luxe nubuck material. Laces feature a convenient orange toggle in matching fashion to the lace tips, with the medial matching that bold visage in an all-over jacquard pattern dyed in complimenting hue. Grab a detailed look at the pair below and expect a release to become available at adidas.com and select retailers on April 20th.
