Highly regarded German retailer, 43einhalb, is teaming up with New Balance to raffle off a luxurious version of the already-premium New Balance 1500 silhouette inspired by life’s journey and in honor of the silhouette’s 30th anniversary. Shockingly, this intriguing collaboration will be limited to only six pairs worldwide, making them one of the most limited sneaker releases in history. Accompanied by a campaign video shot both in NB’s factory as well as in the British countryside, this earthy take on the Made In England silhouette comes equipped with an affectionately given “The Trip” nickname. Fusing together hits of grassy green, woodland brown, and a charcoal-like grey, these 1500s offer up a leather tongue and heel stamp with “The Trip” coming boldly embroidered onto its tongue in a contrasting white shade.
