Michael Le The world of denim and sneakers continues to become further entwined as Nike teams up with the women’s denim label 3×1 for duo of Air Force 1s of selvedge-like qualities. Resembling a set of black-dyed and hand-loomed jeans with surprising dedication, the forthcoming pair utilizes the iconic red outseam line for notable contrast across the top of the entire midsole. Above, subtle imperfections come scattered throughout the upper thanks to the nature of the fabrication’s weft and muted fading. Swooshes, heel counters, eyestays, and tongues take on a darker shade for a package that mixes contrasting notes with subtlety. Enjoy a detailed look at official imagery below and stay tuned for a Nike.com release on May 24th.
