Another OG Colorway Of The Nike Air Max 2 Light Is Coming Soon

The retro revival of Nike’s Air Max 2 Light has been rolling along through the winter, and it’s set to continue unimpeded as another OG colorway is now slated for a release: white/purple/pink. The 2 Light’s most noticeable feature is unquestionably its aggressively styled layered upper, and that unique aesthetic is conveyed perfectly here, as crisp white overlays sit proudly on top of a regal purple mesh-and-suede base. A black Swoosh arrives to provide a touch of contrast, and further pops are provided by hot pink detailing on the tongue’s medallion and the heel’s Air Max unit. For a final compelling embellishment, the right shoe offers an interesting inverse heel badge, flipping the design around so the heel logos face one another instead of pointing in a uniform direction.
