With the NBA All-Star break just a few days away, we finally have a look at adidas’ plans for the mid-season event, highlighted by three of their most formidable basketball silhouettes. Represented by three of the brand’s elite stars participating in the All-Star game, there will be a Harden Vol. 3, a Dame 5, and a Marquee Boost Low frequently worn by Kyle Lowry. Much like some of the Swoosh’s Sportswear plans, this three-piece set comes anchored by a racing aesthetic that serves as a nod to Charlotte’s history and its illustrious Motor Speedway. Each of the three iterations usher in a checkered motif to represent both the starting and finishing line of a NASCAR race, while the racing company’s signature red, yellow, and blue stripes liven up each pair on certain embellishments throughout their uppers. With no current plans for a release, you can expect James Harden, Damian Lillard, and Kyle Lowry to lace these models up as Team Giannis and Team LeBron square off on February 17th.
