James Harden’s Team History Displayed In Upcoming adidas Shoe

James Harden is in the middle of a scoring stretch that will go down in the history of the NBA as one of – if not the – greatest runs in the history of the game. Harden has now scored 30 or more points in 21 consecutive games including an insane 61-point outing against the Knicks in Madison Square Garden, tying Kobe for the most prolific night ever by a visiting player. While the Beard’s run with the Rockets is stuff of legend, he wouldn’t be half the player he is today without the time he put in at Artesia High School, Arizona State, and on the Oklahoma City Thunder behind guys like Kevin Durant and Russel Westbrook. In honor of all the teams the sharp shooter has laced ’em up for in his incredible career, adidas is releasing a wild version of the Harden Vol. 3 with alternate logos of each team printed onto the upper. ASU’s menacing Sun Devil comes set ablaze in numerous locations, James’ Artesia High number 13 jersey peaks up and down its Boost-laden midsole, and both the Rockets and the Thunder are represented by vintage-style team graphics. Anchored by a black base and a stark white full length Boost midsole, this version of the adidas Harden Vol. 3 will touch down at global retailers on February 1st.
