Through many of adidas’ collaborative collections, the Three Stripes aims to empower the people, inspire humanity, and put the power in the hands of the creators. We’ve seen this done many times in conjunction with the likes of Pharrell Williams and his many Hu capsules. Next up, the German Sportswear label is launching its Asterisk Collective in conjunction with Foot Locker, composed of six creators that aim to encourage, empower, and enable individuals to make a positive impact within their specific communities. To back this campaign, adidas is calling upon Patrick Mahomes, Donovan Mitchell, Candace Parker, Kid Cudi, Raury, and H.E.R. to represent the meaning of the platform to its fullest.
Kicking off this new Trefoil initiative will be the trendy adidas TRESC Run silhouette dressed in a striking and bold red color scheme equipped with the new campaign’s signature Asterisk mark on its lateral heel. Meant to signify the bringing together of sport, music, and creativity, this new logo exemplifies the main core values of the Asterisk Collective, and boasts an attractive color combination composed of blue, red and green. Those same hues are boldly featured throughout this new model, with the addition of white on its BOOST sole for contrast as well as hits of black on its toebox, midfoot, and heel. Grab an official look at the newest adidas exploit below, mark your calendars for its December 20th debut, and keep it locked for more regarding the Asterisk Collective.
