The adidas Yeezy Basketball “Quantum” Shoe Is Coming In Spring 2019

The adidas Yeezy Basketball “Quantum” Shoe Is Coming In Spring 2019

For months now, we have been hearing grumblings regarding Kanye West and his adidas Yeezy brand’s foray into the basketball footwear market. Beginning with a pickup basketball game at UCLA back in July of 2017 and gaining momentum from an infamous red marker sketch done by the man himself, Ye’s line of hoops sneakers has been a hot topic for years now. Finally, according to The Yeezy Mafia, the Yeezy Basketball “Quantum” will help introduce the line next Spring, sporting a reflective aesthetic that has led to the NBA already banning Yeezy basketball shoes from the court due to potential distractions. Other embellishments include a primarily black and grey color scheme, cloudy, semi-translucent soles, and a bootie-like shape. Finished off by an abstract, jagged print on its upper, and increased ankle support – in an effort to help hoopers with their performance and durability –  fans all across the globe will likely be intrigued by this drop.

Stay tuned for official Yeezy Basketball release info as we have it and tell us what you think in the comments below. In other ‘Ye news, the Static Yeezy 700 v2s are scheduled to hit retailers in limited quantities on December 29th.
