Where To Buy The Carhartt x Nike Vandal High

Where To Buy The Carhartt x Nike Vandal High

A basketball shoe from the early ’80s that grew to become a casual favorite, the Nike Vandal High holds a special place among heritage Swoosh releases. Revered for its high-cut upper that manages to keep a slim profile and its removable ankle strap, the Vandal is a versatile sneaker, and now it’s serving as 1/4 of the Nike x Carhartt WIP collaboration. The iconic workwear brand has put a utilitarian twist on the Vandal, giving the all-black upper an interesting material mix of contrasting canvas and corduroy, while the only small hint of color appears via orange branding on the aforementioned ankle strap. A heel tab with a brass button snap closure adds a touch of extra flair, and the large midfoot Swoosh is outlined with reflective detailing. The look is then completed by a clean and classic gum brown — a color both Nike and Carhartt are very familiar with — midsole/outsole combo. These rugged new Vandals will release December 6th alongside the rest of the collaborative Nike x Carhartt WIP collection, so check the Where To Buy list below to see where you can secure a pair.
