The Air Jordan 1 No-Swoosh Returns With Pony Hair Uppers

The Air Jordan 1 No-Swoosh Returns With Pony Hair Uppers

First introduced in 2016, the swooshless Air Jordan 1 Low is a unique take on one of Jordan Brand’s most classic silhouettes of all time, foregoing standard branding for a minimalistic tonal look. Now, the clean sneaker has surfaced again, complete with a bold new embellishment: pony hair detailing on the upper. The shoe’s large quarter panel is dressed in a shaggy black pony hair that gives off an air of unique luxury, while the rest of the upper opts for a premium black tumbled leather. Small debossed branded hits appear on both the heel and tongue, and contrast is provided by a sail midsole and outsole. These special Air Jordan 1s are available now at overseas stockists like Yamaotoko Footgear, and retail for 15,000 yen — roughly $133 USD.
