Paul George And Nike Honor The Original Sony Playstation With Grey Colorway

Paul George And Nike Honor The Original Sony Playstation With Grey Colorway

Paul George’s adoration of gaming has been well documented to this point. Back in February, the perennial all-star introduced his second signature Nike silhouette by way of a Playstation-branded iteration fully equipped with glowing lights and co-branded details. In advance of the 2018-19 NBA season, we have now gotten looks at two more Sony collaborations from the OKC Thunder Small Forward, dressing up his hybridized PG 2.5 model. This time around, this nostalgic gamer’s delight will be available to new-age gamers as well, with pairs being available in both GS and adult sizes. Sporting Wolf Grey as its base, this new offering harkens back to the days of the Playstation 1, accented by its original gradient red, blue, green, and yellow logo on the left tongue. George’s name comes affectionately inscribed in a familiar PS font on both heels, while its rear panelling and midfoot strap usher in an all-over graphic consisting of the system’s now-iconic button shapes. Galaxy-style, co-branded insoles complete this video game-ready kicks that are on pace to hit retailers on December 7th.
