A Championship Themed Nike KD 11 Is Releasing Soon

Kevin Durant’s departure from the Oklahoma City Thunder to the Golden State Warriors changed the NBA forever. On top of the fact that the Dubs are heavy favorites to three-peat this upcoming season, Durant is a two-time defending Finals MVP, and has become the centerpiece of a bounty of internet memes due to his “Me Next Chapter” Players Tribune piece. Of course, if the Slim Reaper keeps winning, he won’t care how many different team logos appear on his blank, white sleeveless tee. In honor or Durant and the Bay Area’s last two Larry O’Brien Trophies, the Swoosh has a special version of the KD 11 for number 35 and all his fans set to arrive on shelves two weeks before the season tips off. Outfitted primarily in black and grey, this honorary selection boasts flecked splotches of metallic gold paint splatter throughout its upper with a matching metallic button on the border of its stark heel cup. Underneath, the Swoosh opts for a marbled sole unit with black, white, and grey, while Durant’s signature can be seen in a fitting golden hue on both insoles.
