Nike Is Releasing A Matching Set Of NBA Satin Jackets And SB Dunks

Just two seasons into Nike’s eight-year deal with the NBA, the sneaker world has seen the league’s logo applied to a variety of shoes and apparel, from different Air Force 1’s with customizable options on NikeID to exclusive collaborations with streetwear zeitgeist Supreme. Now, the Oregon-based brand’s skateboarding division has created a special iteration of the SB Dunk with a nod to the classic varsity jacket. Outfitted with a full royal blue satin upper, the shoe plays upon vintage satin jackets made and worn throughout the 80s. It also features waxed laces as well as NBA branding on inside of the tongue and the rear of the footbed to mark this official collaboration. Set to release alongside a matching co-branded jacket, the NBA x Nike SB Dunk Low is confirmed to release on Nike.com and SB accounts around the start of the new season (some shops have already released the shoes).
