Helping inspire an entire brand new footwear trend, this chunky “dad” shoe popularized a decidedly 90s vibe in a market that was flooded with sleek and modernized sock-like running sneakers. Done up in an intriguing combination of Solid Grey with dark green, vivid orange, and soft yellow laces, its head-turning color blocking helped aid its rise to the top of adidas Yeezy lore. While the expected stock numbers will indeed help reinforce ‘Ye’s claim of making his shoes readily available to the masses, it is still expected that these 700s will be a semi-difficult purchase upon their release, due to the massive energy behind them.
