The Jordan 88 Racer Goes “Red October” With New Colorway

The Jordan 88 Racer combines the detailing of the Air Jordan 3 with an altered take on the sleek silhouette of the Flyknit Racer for a shoe that’s at once fashionable and functional. It’s arrived in many colorways that nod to OG AJ3 colorways like “True Blue” and “White Cement” over the past few months and even served as the centerpiece of a collaboration with Solefly. Now it’s surfaced in a bright “Red October” iteration that might just be the most striking colorway yet. An intense infrared adorns the upper, while classic elephant print detailing arrives on the heel, toe, and eyestays in a dark black. The 3’s “AIR” detailing on the heel is replaced with “RUN,” and the infrared midsole features a minimal black speckled detail for a final touch of contrast. These speedy Jumpman runners are set to release later this fall for $100, so keep it locked to our Jordan Release Dates page for further release updates as they’re available.
