Detailed Look At The Nike Air Foamposite One “Denim”

Although the golden age of the Nike Foamposite — spearheaded by releases like 2012’s “Galaxy” and 2014’s Supreme collaboration — has come and gone, the chunky 90s classic still boasts a cult following — especially on the East Coast. Although it may not be on-trend in 2018, you can’t deny that the Foamposite has stayed true to its rugged aesthetic, and now a “Denim” version of the Foamposite One is set to release in September. The new Foamposite utilizes a retro obsidian denim material for the upper, while accents arrive via the black nubuck eyestays and black tongue. Pinstriped crimson/black detailing on the heel and tongue tabs also provide a pop of bold contrast with the dark denim base. A carbon fiber midfoot plate offers further textured detail, and the shoe is completed by the Foamposite’s signature icy blue outsole. If this retro denim look is your cup of tea, you can expect these Foams to arrive at Nike Sportswear stockists like Shoe Palace September 28th for $230 USD.
