Carhartt And Nike Team Up For Two Rugged Air Force 1s

Carhartt And Nike Team Up For Two Rugged Air Force 1s

Legendary American workwear makers Carhartt—and their fashionable WIP sub brand—are no stranger to Nike collaboratios. They’ve worked with the Swoosh twice before, once for an ultra-rare Jordan 4 that now fetches a handsome five figures on the resell market, and once for a more under-the-radar three pack of Converse Chuck Taylors. Now, noted info page py_rates has announced that the two brands will be joining forces again this October for a two pack of Air Force 1s-a classic Air Force 1 Low and a brand new Air Force 1 Utility Low.

The Air Force 1 Low is set to feature a brown/tan style colorway, very likely drawing both material and design inspiration from the instantly recognizable shade of brown Carhartt uses on their famous vests and jackets, while the Utility—a shoe that very likely will draw from Nike’s militarized SF-AF1—is rumored to feature a mix of camouflage and bright neon orange for a hunting-style look. Both of the upcoming sneakers are also set to release in full family sizes, with even toddlers able to get in on the workwear-inspired fun. Enjoy mockups of both shoes below, let us know what you think the final release versions might look like, and stay tuned to our Sneaker Release Dates page for more updates on both collaborative kicks as they’re available.
