Nike To Release A Vapormax Plus For The Desert

Nike To Release A Vapormax Plus For The Desert

The futuristic fusion look provided by Nike’s Vapormax Plus lends itself well to stately tonal colorways. The Swoosh knows this, and they’re set to bless the market with a military-inspired “String” iteration of the sneaker, featuring a blend of light tan and gum tones. The shoe’s upper features a light tan neoprene, while tonal detailing is provided by the tan plastic modfoot cage, plastic toe cap, and heel counter. A small black swoosh on the rear lateral side of the shoe and the modified Air Max Plus logo on the heel provide the majority of the shoe’s minimal branding. The shoe’s most unique features arrive via military-style geographical coordinates running the length of the tongue and a desert camo pattern on the insoles. The look is completed with a crystal-clear Vapormax cushioning unit and an outsole with tonal gum accents. These service-ready Vapormax Plus are available on Nike.com now for $190 USD.
