With summer weather in full swing, pastel-colored kicks are all the rage, and a new Jordan 1 Mid that boasts an interesting take on tonal summer pastels has arrived. Entitled the “Phantom,” the new girls’ grade school sneaker features a light tan base and white midsole/tan outsole. Contrast arrives via light ice blue swooshes on the left foot and soft pink swooshes on the right foot. The interesting colorblocking doesn’t end there though: these Jordan 1s come equipped with 5 pairs of laces—three shades of blue, a pink, and a tonal sail—so you can customize the look to your heart’s content. Mis-matching details on the tongue patch ensures that whatever laces you chose they’ll provide a whimsical look, and a tonal debossed ball and wings logo on the lateral side of the collar completes the shoe’s look.
