The Air Jordan 3 “Katrina” Appears On This Running Shoe

Amidst the 30th anniversary celebration of the Air Jordan 3, Jordan Brand created a take-down running version of the iconic silhouette names the Zoom Tenacity 88. Cleverly, the Jumpman is borrowing immensely popular colorways the likes of the Black/Cement and placing it on the Tenacity in order to increase the energy surrounding it. The next colorway to receive that treatment is the recently released Air Jordan 3 “Katrina” that sports a very similar aesthetic to the famed “Fired Red” pair. Equipped with the same elephant print, eyelet system, and tongue of the AJ3, one of the main differences comes by way of the word “RUN” on the heel tab as opposed to “AIR” that normally sits there.
