The Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star With Gore-Tex Resembles JW Anderson Collaborations

JW Anderson is responsible for some of the most creative collaborations in Converse’s history including his “Glitter Gutter” collection that saw the Chuck Taylor All-Star split down the middle with different colors on each side, and fully adorned in a blast of glitter. Now, the iconic One-Star brand has teamed up with Gore-Tex for an All-Star that boasts a similar look to that collection devoid of any glittered detailing. Olive green makes up for the lateral side of the sneaker while a warm brown dressed up the medial side that houses Converse’s signature logo. A deep navy hue acts as a mediator between the two halves while a white toe cap, vulcanized sole, and laces provide contrast. Gore-Tex technology helps this canvas sneaker’s durability out in a major way, adding a water-resistant layer to its outside, making it a go-to option for any climate. At the moment, this colorful Chuck Taylor All-Star is available overseas, so you can expect to see it on Converse Japan in the near future.
