Todd Snyder And New Balance Drop The NB1 998 “Sunset Pink”

Todd Snyder And New Balance Drop The NB1 998 “Sunset Pink”

New York-based lifestyle menswear brand, Todd Snyder, is back to team up with Boston-based New Balance for another finely crafted collaboration. In the past, Snyder has opted to pay homage to some of his favorite alcoholic beverages the likes of the Dirty Martini and the Black & Tan, but this time around, his NB1 998 is focused on the dusky, desert sky seen over Palm Springs. Dubbed the “Sunset Pink”, this offering mixes a rosy hue with black and greys for contrast to emulate what the sky looks like before and after the sun sets over the California desert.

“In traditional menswear, a dose of unexpected color makes for a really dapper, unique look. A bright sneaker like the NB1 Sunset Pink can function as the modern equivalent of a pocket square or tie – an unexpected counterpoint that brings it all together,” Snyder said.

Pairs of the Todd Snyder x New Balance NB1 998 in “Sunset Pink” are currently available at ToddSnyder.com for $218 USD.
