Back in February, Justin Timberlake introduced the world to the Air Jordan 3-inspired Jordan Zoom Tenacity 88 running sneaker. Not only does it borrow the iconic elephant print pattern from the 3, but its name comes from the year that MJ first wore the Tinker Hatfield-designed sneaker on the court. Now, the Tenacity 88 is taking on a bit of a different look that draws its inspiration from another Tinker gem, the Air Safari. Boasting a primarily Clay Orange color scheme, elephant is replaced with safari prints that were made famous by the ’87 classic and have since gone on to adorn a plethora of other Swoosh Brand silhouettes. A Jumpman logo is predominantly featured on the heel, while AIR is replaced by RUN to advertise its performance-engineered nature. Currently, this Jordan Zoom tenacity 88 is available at select overseas locations and is set to release on Nike.com soon.
