Back in December rumors started swirling regarding one of the most famed Air Jordan 11 samples of all time. Dressed entirely in black and aptly named the AJ11 “Blackout” – upon its inception in 2012 – sold on eBay for over $11,000. Now, that same color scheme is back under a different name and with official release information. Dubbed the “Prom Night”, it boasts an identical upper that remains completely tonal all the way down to its shimmering Jumpman logo. An icy outsole finishes off the look in customary Air Jordan 11 fashion, re-creating a look that will undoubtedly send Jordan Brand fanatics into a frenzy.

It is also interesting to point out that this offering’s May 26th release date is a bit unconventional, as 11s tend to release during holiday season, like the “Win Like” series from last year. Grab a first look at the Air Jordan 11 “Prom Night” below and stay tuned for any more updates as they become available.
