Knicks Colors Are Coming To The Air Jordan 5

Knicks Colors Are Coming To The Air Jordan 5

There are not many fanbases in sports who share as much mutual respect with an opposing player as the Knicks do with Michael Jordan. While number 23 had a propensity for lighting it up in the Garden, the matchups were always a spectacle, and everyone in attendance knew they were watching something special. Over the years the connection MJ has with the Knicks has taken form on multiple Jordan Brand shoes the likes of the Jordan 5 Low and the Air Jordan 1 both in Knicks-centric colorways. Now, the Jumpman is gearing up to honor the Knickerbockers once again with another Air Jordan 5 dressed up in an alternate blue and orange color scheme that sports cream as its base. While the image you see pictured above is no more than a photoshopped rendering, you can expect this iteration to bare a very close resemblance.

If your a Jordan Brand fanatic, a die-hard Knicks fan, or both, you can head over to your local Jordan Brand stockist and grab this upcoming Air Jordan 5 “Knicks” on September 8th for $190 USD. Stay tuned to Sneaker News for any updated release details and actual images as the become available.
