Nike Kyrie 4 “Chinese New Year” Releases Next Weekend

Nike Kyrie 4 “Chinese New Year” Releases Next Weekend

One of Nike’s biggest beginning of the year projects – along with Black History Month – is the celebration of the Chinese New Year, and designing new renditions of some of its top basketball silhouettes. The argument can be made that Kyrie Irving’s signature line is the most important sneaker in Swoosh Basketball, and that ideal is clear with the amount of detail put into the Kyrie 4 “CNY”. Starting with the floral arrangement that blooms through its black midfoot Swoosh, this red suede dipped offering features a luxe aesthetic that separates it from the rest of the pack. The same floral aesthetic makes its way onto the tongue and insole in the same blooming fashion, bringing attention to Kyrie’s branding while still keeping true to its CNY purpose. A January 18th release is scheduled in Asia, while nothing has been announced for the states just yet, we expect this Kyrie to be available on the same day in the US.
