adidas is teaming up with size? to release a store-exclusive version of the seldom-used 1976 Dublin silhouette. As part of the store’s upcoming Archive Collection, this model is adorned in a dark “Taiwan” blue dressed in premium suede with adidas’ customary gold foil branding. The Dublin silhouette originally released as part of adidas’ City Series alongside variations for London, Koln, and Berlin. Initially designed as a lightweight training shoe, it is now making its transformation to the lifestyle circuit with this upcoming release. Only a handful of original Dublin sneakers that featured a a lighter blue make-up with red stripes are still in existence, adding to the significance of this sneaker’s return. The adidas Dublin “Taiwan” is scheduled to arrive exclusively at size? and through the size? app on December 22nd.
