Nick Del Bene Saucony has rolled out a new rendition of the Grid SD that features stingray detailing, although it is being called the Saucony Grid SD “Eel” instead. At first glance the detailing on this colorway could almost pass for elephant print with its blend of black, white and grey. However, after a quick double take you can see the stingray detailing that has become so popular lately with shoes like the Air Jordan 11 “Heiress”. Saucony decided to depart from this trend a little bit by naming the colorway “Eel”, as if to say that the detailing is eel print as opposed to stingray. Either way, the blend of white, black and grey leather and mesh paneling makes for one wild colorway. It is available right now direct from Saucony.com and from Saucony retailers like BAIT for $120.
