The Nike Air Max 97 has sold out basically every release in honor of its 20th anniversary, but there are still some Air Max 97 Ultra options available at major retailers. Nike Sportswear isn’t done with the iconic silhouette either, as their still translating some OG looks onto the updated Air Max 97 Ultra ’17 like this Metallic Gold offering. The pair takes the 1997 look to task with an updated mesh and fuse upper while the traditional reflective 3M panels remain paired with the Olympian Gold Medal theme and hints of University Red throughout.
