After producing a very limited edition of the Nike Flyknit Racer in a special hand-dyed indigo colorway to celebrate the upcoming Tokyo Olympics in 2020, it looks like Nike has a similar version of the LunarEpic Flyknit up their sleeves. Perhaps they were feeling bad that such a nice colorway of the Flyknit Racer was only given out to a select group of 100 people and they wanted to offer up something for the rest of us? Whatever the case, the hand-dyed indigo look is back on the LunarEpic, which also seems to reference the Tokyo Olympics with an updated design on the midsole of the shoe with different laser cuts and Japanese characters at the heel.
Get an official preview of the LunarEpic Flyknit “Indigo” here, and expect them to hit select Nike retailers and Nike.com on July 1st.
