Today Jordan Brand unveils an official look at a few upcoming releases for Fall 2017, which include two all-new editions of the Air Jordan 8. Michael Jordan’s 1993 model that was worn while he completed his first Three-Peat with the Chicago Bulls borrows two favorite colorways of Air Jordan history: “Cool Grey” from the Air Jordan 11 and “Cement” from the Air Jordan 4.
First up this summer, the strapped-up Air Jordan 8 silhouette interprets the Cool Grey look in a a tonal suede upper with leather detailing, where you’ll only find varying shades in the signature graphic-covered heel panels. Then dropping later this year, the Air Jordan 4’s iconic “Cement” (AKA “Bred”) color scheme arrives on the eighth Air Jordan with a black suede upper and appropriate red and Cement grey detailing throughout.
The “Cool Grey” Air Jordan 8 is scheduled to release on August 26th, while a release date for the “Cement” look has not yet been announced. Stay tuned to Sneaker News for further updates.
