LeBron just had one of his worst playoff games in quite some time in an unbelievable comeback by the undermanned Boston Celtics, so perhaps he needs to roll out the LeBron 14 in a head-turning new colorway to get the Cavs back on track after their first playoff loss. The LeBron 14 Red Carpet was rumored to release all the way back in April but has since been pushed back until May 27th. The colorway pays tribute to the Nike LeBron 7 NFW and even brings back that ‘No Flywire’ woven construction to the heel for a nice touch. LeBron rolled out the “Red Carpet” colorway when he played against the Knicks in Madison Square Garden, and what better time to rock this pair than on the national stage in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals? The black upper is accented by vibrant hyper turquoise and university red, and the old ‘L23J’ logo is back on the inner lining.
