Nike LeBron 14 “Red Carpet” Releases This Friday

Update: The Nike LeBron 14 “Red Carpet” has been pushed back until May 27th, 2017.

LeBron James just closed out Paul George and the Indiana Pacers, marking the fifth consecutive season that an LBJ-lead team swept a first-round opponent. LeBron broke out his freshly minted Nike LeBron Soldier 11 once during the series but switched back to an array of LeBron 14 colorways to let you know that he’s still a huge fan of his fourteenth signature silhouette. We can’t wait until this Friday, April 28th either, as Nike Basketball will revisit that “Red Carpet” colorway first seen on the Nike LeBron 7 NFW. That pair famously ditched flywire for a woven construction and was worn during a pre-Decision Cavs visit to Madison Square Garden. The Nike LeBron 14 Red Carpet hints at the ‘no flywire’ construction of past with a faux-woven heel pattern, dark base, and contrast turquoise on the branding and outsole. What do you think of the look? Stay tuned for more of the latest from Nike Basketball via our Release Dates page and grab the Red Carpet LeBron 14 on 4/28 for $175.
