Another classic Dunk returns! If you were a sneakerhead in the early 2000s and haven’t checked out completely by now (kudos to you, sir or madam) because Nike SB is celebrating 15 years of their flagship model in style with a number of original retros returning to store shelves. It’s a bit surprising that they didn’t do the usual low to high-top swap here, but we couldn’t be happier that we’re getting another chance to relive our younger years with a second shot at this popular Nike SB Dunk Low offering.
The Nike SB Dunk Low Boca Juniors first debuted in April 2005 and was named after the Argentine (sorry, guys) soccer club, the BOCA Juniors. Here we are 12 years later getting another shot at the premium skate model, with just a minor change. Instead of a full grain leather upper, new suede panel overlays add a premium touch. Other changes come on the interior like an upgraded Zoom Air heel unit and natural motion on the lining for added comfort. The same Varsity Royal and Lightning colorway still shines as brilliantly as it used to, and that classic gum bottom adds a lifestyle touch. We expect this pair to release sometime in April, so check out a first look at stay tuned for more updates via our Release Dates page.
