The Next Nike PG1 Is Not Limited To 12,000 Pairs

After the debut “Pre-Heat” colorway in black nubuck limited to only 12,000 pairs, the Nike PG1 is ready to drop in a more readily available colorway this weekend. The follow-up to the sleek black version goes for a team color in Paul George’s Indiana Pacers blue and gold, with a few hits of pink as a nod to his mother Paulette who he draws inspiration from—a survivor of a stroke who was bedridden for two years but has now fully recovered.

Officially nicknamed “The Bait” colorway as a reference to PG’s love of fishing, the Pacers colorway drops this Saturday, March 4th as a general release at Nike Basketball retailers everywhere including Sneaker Politics.
