Packer Shoes To Release ASICS Collaboration Inspired By George Costanza’s Gore-Tex Jacket

Updated January 24th, 2017: The Packer Shoes x ASICS GEL-Lyte V “Scary Cold” releases on January 28th, 2017.

It’s getting scary cold out here in NY. Packer Shoes has teamed up with ASICS to release a GEL-Lyte V inspired by George Costanza’s Gore-Tex jacket from the infamous “The Dinner Party” episode. These teasers reveal the GEL-Lyte V silhouette with black leather heels and burnt orange suede uppers, but given Packer Shoes’ penchant for taking things a step further with these fun projects, we expect there’s a lot more in store. Perhaps Tom’s Restaurant in the background suggests something special? Stay tuned for updates and re-watch the memorable clip below.
