Yes, it’s true, the Air Jordan 15 certainly isn’t for everyone. And despite being one of the least requested Air Jordan models to retro, it’s back on the shelves this winter, hitting this weekend in the OG black and red colorway, followed by the original “Obsidian” version dropping soon. If you’re still on the fence about the unusual design by Tinker Hatfield that was the first Air Jordan released after Michael retired from the Bulls, perhaps this on-foot look at the Obsidian colorway will help you decide if you need a pair.
The Air Jordan 15 has pretty much never looked very good paired with jeans (baggy or skinny, or anything in between), but all these years later perhaps it’s actually a match made in heaven with the tight-cuffed style of jogger pants. Check out the on-foot look here and you be the judge. If you like what you see, keep in mind that you can pick up the black colorway this weekend (check out our full buyer’s guide here), and stay tuned to Sneaker News for an official release date for the Obsidian colorway.
