Jordan Brand’s Space Jam extravaganza featured the likes of Blake Griffin and Jimmy Butler, but noticeably absent from the whole short film and apparel collection was Russell Westbrook, the current frontrunner for the NBA’s MVP award given the Thunder point guard’s current feat of averaging a triple-double every game. That doesn’t mean that the Jumpman forgot about Russell, as he’s had one of the stranger signature lines to ever be created for a basketball player given that his only model is a lifestyle takedown inspired by the Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan 7, and Air Jordan 10.
Today we get a look at a galaxy-like colorway of the Jordan Westbrook 0.2 inspired by all of the Space Jam 20th Anniversary happenings going on this weekend. The offering features a premium black suede upper with contrasting graphic panels featuring an homage to the cosmos. What do you think of the look?
