The iconic Nike Air Max 97 La Silver will be making its heralded return on December 2nd in Italy, followed by another release in Western Europe on December 14th, which means a stateside retro is imminent thanks to the silhouette celebrating its 20th anniversary throughout 2017.

Italy most readily accepted the unique design for the Nike Air Max 97 La Silver so perfectly blending into the country’s numerous subcultures that blossomed in the mid to early-90s. From the catwalk to the club scene and graffiti culture, the Nike Air Max 97’s sleek design perfectly encapsulated the time and fashion and now will be celebrating its 20th anniversary in style with a limited release exclusively for Italy before anybody else to honor their dedication to the famed model.
