Nike Sportswear unveiled the Nike Air Max LD-Zero with a bang thanks to a collaboration with longtime friend Hiroshi Fujiwara of fragment design. From the jump, the full-length visible air wielding silhouette managed to exude a certain lifestyle aesthetic even with the bold performance-based outsole intact. We have some good news for those of you that missed out on the first few installments too, as the Nike Air Max LD-Zero will return this Fall/Winter 2016 season in three brand new monochromatic suede builds.
The Nike Air Max LD-Zero utilizes a Hiroshi Fujiwara favorite – the seldom seen Nike LD-1000 retro which the fragment design head brought back for a Roshe combination not too long ago. Vintage ‘Nike Air’ branding keeps the orange Swoosh intact on the tongue while a beautiful lifestyle grade suede transforms the upper in Black, Obsidian, or Sail options. A modern day Air Max outsole creates unparalleled comfort complete with matching shades and semi-translucent bottoms.
