Usain Bolt earned himself another gold medal in the 100m dash in Rio last night, clocking in at 9.81 seconds for his third straight Olympic victory in the event. And for his choice of footwear for the race, it looks like Bolt took some inspiration from the original Man With the Golden Shoes, Michael Johnson. Bolt and PUMA created their own take on golden spikes, which you can see here with his half metallic gold, half black sprinting spikes. Get a rare stationary look at the golden spikes here, and stay tuned to see if Bolt wears the same colorway for his 200m races later this week.
