The BW stood for ‘Big Window’ because of just how much Air Max was utilized in the cushion system. This year, we’ve seen a number of different toolings update the retro with more modern amenities from fuse to a seamless ‘Ultra’ construction with a lighter outsole unit. Today we get a look at this weekend’s upcoming Nike Air Max BW SE that utilizes the original “Persian Violet” colorway with a near seamless construction and lightweight tape mudguard for added protection from the elements. Available this Friday at select retailers, the update adds more ventilation throughout the black upper for a breezy ride perfect for the rest of summer.
