Under Armour Files Emmanuel Mudiay Logo For Trademark

Emmanual Mudiay Under Armour Pe Logo 620x435

Are we looking at Under Armour’s next signature guy? Emmanuel Mudiay took an interesting route to get to the NBA, skipping the opportunity to play under legendary coach Larry Brown at SMU to instead head to China for a year to guarantee his family financial stability. At 18 years young, Mudiay inked a deal with Under Armour right out of High School and represented the brand in China even before he was drafted 7th overall by the Denver Nuggets. After a supurb rookie year, Mudiay had an effective Summer League and looks to be one of the most promising young point guards in the NBA.

Now we get news that Under Armour has registered a new PE Mudiay logo for trademark featuring interlocking E and M initials and two stars hinting at Emmanuel’s Congolese heritage. So does this mean that he could be the next proud recipient of an Under Armour signature basketball model? Only time will tell. Mudiay still has some sophomore growing pains to go through, but if he stays healthy and continues to put up numbers, we can see a UA Mudiay 1 in the future. You can check out his fresh new PE logo after the break and let us know if you’re a fan of the design by taking your thoughts to the comments section.
