Yohji Yamamoto’s adidas Y-3 line always created inspiring designs that are somehow both minimalist and futuristic all at once. The Y-3 imprint has played a major part in the three stripe’s overhauled aesthetic but still remains a little out of reach in the pricing department if you want Y-3’s official stamp of approval. The adidas Y-3 Kohna features a construction that might bring you back to the early 90s style of the Reebok Instapump Fury thanks to the split outsole unit and unique panels throughout. The latest colorway features a monochromatic homage to adidas EQT’s main shade of “Equipment Green”. The evergreen shade hits the neoprene and leather throughout for a bold creation perfect for the remainder of summer. What do you think of the look?
