The Nike Kobe 11 Continues Its Retrospective Journey With “3D” Release

Nike Kobe 11 3d Detailed Images 01

Nike Basketball continues to look at the past with its Kobe lineup, as the latest Kobe 11 release harkens back to one of the more memorable colorways to launch during the Black Mamba’s prime years. Known as the Nike Kobe 11 “3D”, this optical illusion pairs Total Crimson and Chlorine Blue speckles to 3D effect just as the Kobe 6 back in 2011 did. The outsole adds a clean icy aesthetic to the model while alternating heel colors continue the motif of 3D glasses you’d get at the cinema. This Nike Kobe 11 will arrive at retailers on August 11th for $160, showcasing that the Kobe doesn’t always need Flyknit to still be a premium affair. What do you think of the look? Check out more photos below and stay tuned for more release dates right here on Sneaker News.

Update: The Nike Kobe 11 “3D” releases on July 27th, 2016 for $160.
